Led by an experienced clinical facilitator, these sessions offer individuals or groups an opportunity to reflect on their experiences, challenges, and emotions in a safe and non-judgmental setting.

This is not counselling—Workplace Reflection does not involve in-depth exploration of personal issues. Instead, it serves as a guided discussion space, helping employees process their thoughts and feelings about their work and the impact it has on their wellbeing.

This includes professionals in health or social care, social work, education, other ‘helping’ professions, and customer-facing roles where emotional labour is part of the everyday.
